Tiny hotfix on 590

An update went out to 590 earlier with just two small bugfixes/stability changes:

– Fixed sound leak in collapses

– Fixed server crash in netcode; may also help client but probably server-only

This update is netcode-compatible with other recent ones, so the build number is remaining as 590
