Found a nice trailer for the last few versions of KAG from Crashman208, figured it’d be a nice preview for anyone “on the fence” with the game.

Also, some large news coming possibly later today (or by the end of the coming week at absolute latest if everything goes wrong and we spend this weekend in tears) about alternative pricing, and exactly what the awesome people who buy the game are going to get in terms of bang:buck ratio.

I’ll give some candy out there to sweeten the delay. Here’s a short teaser of new knight combat mechanics and completely redrawn knight with animations. We’re still tweaking these of course.

A preview (work-in-progress) of new improved tilesets, clouds system, separated background & foreground, new lighting model and hand-painted parallax backgrounds (watch in HD to see new gold glitter).

Notice that this is the first time I’ve recorded at 100% scale and super smooth. This is because the graphics are fully optimized now and fast!

Community member Neat has made a few videos with tips for new players wondering how to get into playing the combat classes! If you’re a bit lost at how some of the finer points work and have a half hour to spare then give them a look.
